This is the new home of TLC Vintage Collection -- much prettier and spacious and light than my basement -- LOL!
Yes, that is us -- that window at the bottom left of the step! 1890 SF with six windows if I remember correctly! 7518 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, Ia in the Sherwood Forest shopping mall. Just a block from Ethan Allen on the access road, Kmart across the street and the Buckaneers Ice Arena! Oh yes, and the Elks Bingo Hall!
I hope to have everything up and running in April and start Annie Sloan Chalk Paint classes in May. If you are interested in a class, let me know so I can plan on the types of levels we will need!
Next step, pricing the signage which has been approved for both north and east side! No rest for the wicked! Off to the mall early tomorrow to reprice everything do to the 15 pct sale on everything the next four days then to Storm Lake for the Women in Denim Conference! Should be fun!
Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and support!

Have Paint, Will Travel -- to NW Iowa and back
Friday and Saturday I will be traveling from Des Moines to Northwest Iowa -- destination Buena Vista University in Storm Lake for the Women in Denim Conference.
I can adjust my route to accomodate anyone along the way that would like me to drop off paint, or meet me for coffee coming or going along my route to get it.
Please let me know today or tomorrow and we will see what we can work out!

Antoinette Dreams of Paris (Grey)!
After doing a pratfall on the front step this morning due to black ice, I declared it an ice day and we stayed home. Despite a slightly sprained thumb, I painted. Haven't waxed yet, but here she is....Antoinette Dreams of Paris (Grey) and Old White.
I made two tries at this one, first doing a Coco wash over the Antoinette pink, which was very pretty, but I wanted something that really showed off the pretty mellow pink color. It looked a bit too aged for this cute piece. So repainted and listened to my older sister, who really does know best! She wanted Paris Grey, as did most people, and a touch of Old White to outline things. I love it and think someone else will too when I put the whole set together....Now onto the toile fronted dressing table....hint, hint.
