New stencils -- LOVE! New brushes -- LOVE!

Lots of new things at the shop and time for them to get posted to the website and on-line shop. But might as well release them through the blog!

Look at what I produced today! A beautiful stencil top to a little table -- and then used Annie Sloan(TM) Craqueleur to crackle it!

This great stencil and two others -- One just a reversible scroll and the other similar to this with a crown instead of butterflies is now available at the shop. They are the invention of very talented Michelle Delgado, an Annie Sloan stockist in Houston TX who is the owner of Wonderfaux Studio! We have other stencils we plan to add to our offering to customers. But this is a great start, don't you think?

Then there are Annie Sloan(TM) paint brushes. Three sizes depending on what you like! These are terrific to work woth. Very sculpted to allow paint to literally flow onto your furniture....

And let's not forget two new buffing brushes (we call one buffing and the other polishing just to differentiate between the two. Just a difference of preference on your part as to the feel in your hand and length of fiber to the brush...Here they are:

The Polishing Brush by Wallartistry

We try to keep up with all the terrific products you may want to complete your next product. I love to use them all -- but that's just me! See you at the shop for a cup of coffee soon!

So much happening, so little time!

Been so busy, never posted a photo of our sign! Here it is at night! Cool, huh?

And by day! Usually we have a lot more outside, but held back today with all the wind and then the downpour! My foresight was good for a change!

Finding it a little hard to keep up with demand! All my major works have been sold! The entire Queen Bedroom set! The Toile dresser! Lots and lots of "rough" furniture. I am busy working on a crackle example on a coffee table that was my Mom's and waiting on the stencil to arrive to apply. Scored some cool things today and several sold same day -- yes! Working also on two custom pieces, including:

a pair of chairs for 1 year old girl-boy twins and table! The top will be a chalk board! I have the first piece of garden art underway in a long time. A '40s floor lamp topped with a hanging plant planter (minus the chain) and whitewashed. It will be planted in a coconut mat with lots of colorful flowers and trailing plants....Think it is already sold!

Meanwhile, looking forward to the June 16 and 23 classes. Chalk Paint(TM) 101 was sold out in May and looks to be in June too! Half full today...Get signed up soon!
